Monthly Teaching with Meditation

"Enlightened Daily Living" This teaching is based on information that Vince "received from an outside Voice." The message was to clearly delineate five principles of understanding which illumine who we are, what our purpose is on earth, and how to achieve it. These principles are clearly presented, and are enhanced by the supplementary thoughts of current Spiritual teachers. This is a foundational teaching.

"An IFO" So what is an IFO? In this clever and highly moving teaching Vince explains how we are joining other mighty souls as an "identified functioning oversoul." The lesson explains how this irreversible movement has its strength within each one of us as we realize who we are and what our purpose is in the material realms. What fun! What joy! How absolutely "divine"!

"Am I There Yet?" In this advanced teaching Vince answers the question: How do I know that I have arrived at enlightenment? After stating the foundational principle of enlightened living, he then presents three clear barometers of how this principle manifests in us. These three barometers serve as effective guideposts as we "arrive on the journey together." What joy!

"A New Year's Resoultion" As we begin another year in time Vince has given us the timeless resolution of "bringing heaven to earth." He enables us to see that this is our purpose for being on the planet, and provides the three practical principles on how we fulfill this purpose, as well as to evolve our Self, humanity, the Earth, and the Universe. This teaching is a "compass to joy" for those who now willingly embrace it.

"Jesus: An Example, not an Exception" Whenever one looks at an avatar or great spiritual teacher, one often wonders if they could be like that person? Are the great leaders of awareness too far beyond us, or are they in our lives to show us what we are capable of doing as well? In this Holiday teaching, Vince helps us to see that Jesus and all the great teachers are examples for us, clearly showing us and inviting us to be "one with them," and to "do as they did - and more"!

"Opportunities for Growth" There's always more! Such is the condition of our expanding eternal soul guiding our human persona. In this wonderful teaching Vince clearly presents the three principles that guide our growth as mighty souls, and shows them to be the foundation of our own "compass to joy." It's time to evolve more!

"Our Religion is Each Other" The very words of the title of this teaching are filled with Energy: "Our religion is each other." Well, this is the universal religion. For many, "each other" has truly become their religion, and many more are learning this truth. What is so powerful about this teaching is to also understand all the things that are "against one's religion" of loving each other. This provocative and inspiring teaching is a foundation for the evolution of ourselves and our species!

"NLE; A Nearer-to-Life Experience" In this thrilling lesson Vince shares with us the teachings that he gleaned from the near-death experience of Mellon-Thomas Benedict. As intriguing as it is to see why Vince changed the near-death experience into a nearer-to-life experience are the teachings of this experience - the principal one being: "Stop trying to become like God. God is becoming you. Here." This teaching is thrilling! Simply allow it to raise you!

"The Most Beautiful thing on Earth" There are so many beautiful things to witness on Earth. In this teaching Vince suggests that the most beautiful thing is "a soul that awakens." Such an awakened being brings so much goodness not only to themselves and others, but to the planet and the Universe as well. This teaching challenges us to see ourselves not as a declining human but rather as an evolving soul - to stop acting as a limited human, and to start acting like the unlimited eternal soul that we are. Very cool!

"THE Thing!" In this brilliant teaching Vince uses the experience of a child who asks his parents for something with the promise that if he gets it that he will never ask for another thing as the basis for the search in life for that one thing that truly satisfies. He then clearly defines "that thing," and proceeds to explain how one achieves it and lives it. It's a bonus to know that "THE thing" is also "our thing."

"Being Fearless!" In this teaching Vince uses a minor personal situation to present the principles of love to dissolve the emotion of fear that is often generated by everyday life circumstances. The presentation is both amusing and poignant! Vince also gives his own acronym for FEAR: Follow its Entrance to Authentic Reality. You will thoroughly enjoy, as well as being strengthened, by this teaching.

"Who Has the Final Say?" Everyday life brings with it challenges as to who is guiding our daily choices, either the human ego or the soul-self. In this very practical teaching Vince helps us to discover the two selves we seem to have and which are often "in dispute," and to integrate them into a whole self whereas the soul has the final say - guiding a compliant, happy human persona to be a "brillaint manifestor" of the God-Energy on the Earth plane! What fun!

"More About Prayer?" In this teaching Vince addresses three additional aspects of prayer: Should we pray for others and are our prayers effective for them? How can we "be perfect as our Heavenly Father is perfect"? as Jesus taught, and What are the elements of a daily prayer life? These thoughts combine with last month's teaching on prayer help us to not only know but to experience that "we and God" are one - brilliantly co-creating in the dimensional planes of Life!

"What About Prayer?" This teaching will both challenge you and inspire you! In it Vince reinterprets the meaning of prayer and offers us foundational teachings on how to pray in light of contemporary awareness. He explains what it means to pray, how to pray without ceasing, that you answer your own prayers, and that any prayer is simply a reminder of what you already have. Sound intriguing? It is!

"I've Changed!" In this teaching Vince reduces the "three magic words" of U.S. Anderson (in the book of the same title) to the practical result of two magic words when we live our "of Godness," namely, "I've changed." We are clearly thaught what aware souls have both "changed from" to what they have "changed to." The teaching concludes with the inspiration to see all others in the way we now see ourselves, and to invite them to change how they might see themselves and live accordingly. This "magical" teaching will "change" you!

"A Changing Year; The Unchanging Me" In this teaching we are reminded of the incredible sharing that has occurred during the Holiday season that came from the wholeness within ourselves. This inner completeness is the basis of a great internal joy, as well as our connection with every other mighty soul. Vince reminds us that we are divine humans in a divine world where giving and receiving are becoming the same. This is the real "wonderful life."

"In Whose Image?" This teaching begins with the truth that each one of us is a self-aware being who creates our reality by the choices we make. The question is: In whose image do we make these choices? Many people make their choices in the image that others have of them, thus being "people pleasers." Others make choices in their own personal image, but ultimately do not feel satisfied. Finally, one learns to make their choices "in the image of God" - in which they are created and in which they experience fulfillment. "Image is everything" - it just depends on "whose image."

"Spirit-Pause" In this pivotal teaching, Vince cleary presents the three changes of life brought on by "Spirit-pause": Changes in identity, purpose, and daily consciousness. This teaching is a wonderful and inspirational summary of the changes that aware souls are making in their evolution and the evolution of humanity. These changes of life are "flashes of Spirit" in its present, but ever-evolving Self. Again, this is a pivotal teaching, a launching pad for our future.

The Road More Traveled" On the fifth anniversary of M. Scott Peck's death (09/25/05), Vince uses the theme (author of The Road Less Traveled) of Peck's writing to help us and travel on a path that is "now much more traveled." He teaches us the two foundational thoughts of this wonderful journey, and inspires us to accept our rightful place as co-creators of the Universe. You will love this teaching.

"US!" In this powerful teaching Vince shares the wisdom of an e-mail from one of our study group participants to help us to clearly see that life is no longer about "you" or "me," but truly about "US!" We will be inspired to experience ourselves as a unity of souls who are making our rightful place as co-creators of the Universe - thus becoming "signposts of divinity" to humanity.

"One Good Soul; All Good Souls" Using an incident in his life when he was in the presence of Mother Theresa, Vince inspirationally reminds us that each of us is infused with general and specific "soul qualities" whose manifestations enable us "to accept our rightful place as co-creators of the Universe." This teaching will not only help you to be more understanding of others, but also to know the beauty of your self and the richness you add to all life.

No More Stories" In this clear, instructional, and inspirational lesson Vince teaches us one of the most important principles of Awareness living: not creating negative stories about events that do not satisfy us at the moment. This teaching will make you laugh, think, and most of all inspire you to stop creating stories that imprison you with negative thoughts and emotions: "No more stories"!

"Radiating the Persona" As a follow-up to last month's teaching ("I Know"), Vince clearly explains how the quality of our Awareness transforms and expands our persona energies (the soul, mind, emotions, body, and life circumstances) into radiant beacons of light. This teaching also has a blend of science and consciousness by integrating into it the work of such consciousness researchers as Carolyn Myss, Bruce Lipton, Andrew Newberg, Mark Waldman, and Jon Kabat-Zinn. We are truly transforming our persona through the transformation of our consciousness.

"I Know" Based on a teaching from A Course in Miracles we are reminded by Jesus of three things to know: 1) That we are an extension of God's Love; 2) That we are only that Love; 3) and what we believe we are determines our gifts. Vinces clearly explains these teachings and inspires us to say "I Know" to each of them - and to live them with great joy and for the evolution of humanity. This is such a beautiful lesson.

"It Is Occurring" The change that is occurring in people is not to just a change of behavior, but truly a change in their "Beingness." Many people are now manifesting a way of living that is centered on their conscious realization of the God-Energy as them. The ego has finally become obsolete because a "new I", natural and eternal, is expressing Itself. This change is occurring "as us." What fun! What joy!

"The Collective One" Using Carl Jung's teaching about the relationship between the individual and the collective, Vince offers us a visionary teaching about how each aware soul is able to transmute egoic energy and to input "Presence" into our group involvements. This teaching especially encourages us to realize that we are evolving not just as individuals, but also with other souls for the evolution of humanity on the whole - we are evolving as "the Collective One."

"I Do!" In this teaching Vince continues the theme of relieving suffering and bringing healing into the world by analyzing the phrase "I do" and encourages us to be "more the conscious I" that does. He uses teachings from Gandhi, Neale Donald Walsch, and a Spanish proverb to inspire us to be more "conscious" doers, seeing ourselves as vowed partners with the Eternal Life Force Itself. The teaching will make you laugh, smile, and feel enthused with your own "I do" of Life.

"From Forgiveness to Healing" In this beautiful, but challenging teaching, Vince helps us to understand that relief of suffering and world peace can only occur when the true energy of forgivenss establishes and maintains the Energy Grid of Healing - healing the illusory differences between people and between nations. Vince instructs us in an ascending understanding of teachings about forgiveness to understanding forgiveness as a quality of the divinity of our being - and the hope of the evolution of the planet and humanity. "Removing Limitations" In this very inspirational teaching Vince encourages us to remove our self-imposed limitations, and to "stop thinking like a limited, mortal, physical human." Instead we are challenged to remove all limitations and to "start thinking like an unlimited, eternal soul in complete control of its human persona instrument and manifestation." This is the formula for the evolution of our new species as human beings.

"Awareness Restored to Wholeness" This teaching inspires us with the understanding that comes to us from the writing of Roy Eugene Davis, a devotee of Paramahansa Yogananda: "Each of us has an innate urge to have our awareness restored to wholeness." Vince clearly explains the process of moving our awareness from a personality-identity to our soul-identity = our wholeness. Then, he encourages us to feel the dynamism of this "innate urge," and to recognize in it our call to bring Presence to our selves and to the Earth-Universe. How exciting to experience this growth to wholeness!

"The Four Questions Answered" In this landmark teaching Vince clearly answers the four great questions of life: Who am I? How did I get here? Why am I here? and Where am I going? These questions are clearly and inspirationally answered. This teaching is one to be weighed, digested, and felt in the very center of your soul. It is a beautiful synthesis of the meaning of life and how to live it. It is truly a guide of the wisdom of Life!

"Stepping It Up!" Our species is evolving because people understand that they are the Spirit of God that is expressing Itself through each of us. This teaching explains how we are achieving this growth, as well as helping us to understand that there is only One Soul, One Energy, One Self - the God Spirit. It also encourages each of us to "step up" our parts in the beautiful evolution of the Whole. How fun and exciting to do this as a unified humanity.

"The Four Inspirations" In this wonderful teaching Vince explains the beautiful teaching of Eckhart Tolle: In the use of the word "I" is humanity's primordial error as well as its deepest truth. Vince then explains how this teaching is giving rise to four qualities, four inspirations, of enlightened living. This teaching will both inform and inspire you to the highest realization of your self. What fun! How exciting!

"The NEW Four Agreements" While alluding to the inspirational book of Don Miguel Ruiz, Vince provides four new agreements about the vision and meaning of Life. These new agreements range from our purpose for being on the earth to the willingness to be ready to move beyond - and everything in between. This is a very illumined teaching which will thrill and raise your soul.

"Keeping Awake" In this teaching Vince uses a statement of gratitude from a study group member to inform and inspire us to awaken and keep awake in the wondrous journey of our soul. The teaching encompasses some of the Buddha's teaching on waking up, but is essentially concerned with moving beyond the temptation to hit the snooze button, and to live in a fully conscious and joyful state of awarenss/blessing on the earth.

"Energy Fields" This teaching clearly explains how each one of us is an "energy field" of the creative Life Force of God. Not only are we radiating this energy individually, but we are also merging this energy with the energy of others - creating a unified field of higher energy that is influencing the collective energy of humanity. As Eckhart Tolle says in his wonderful book: A New Earth: "There is a new species of humanity developing on the planet, and it is us." This teaching explains how and why it is so!

"Seeing People, not Concepts" In this wonderful teaching we are reminded to encounter others from the Energy of Goodness that is within our souls, rather than from the categorizing tendency of our mind. As we see others in this way, we are seen differently by others - and by ourselves. Simple encounters become surges of energy. The teaching concludes with an encouragement that to see people in this way can assist us "to pray without ceasing." This lesson will help you to raise the quality of your relationship with others.

"Vision and Genius" This teaching is so inspirational! It moves us to identify "that within us" which is truly the most important thing for us to be and/or to do. From this vision, Vince inspires us to have the courage to manifest this inner drive for it is the genius that each of us brings into manifestation for the glory and joy of the All That Is - what fun, how exciting!

"New Year's 2009: Mastering Mastery" After highlighting how many people maintained their Spiritual focus during the Holidays, Vince encourages us to see this focus as a principle of Spiritual mastery. Then, he clearly explains and challenges us to rise to Spiritual mastery in fulfilling our purpose of bringing Light-Energy to the planet, and to open up and become "more one" with the Holy Spirit of Life within us. "Christmas, 2008: Breaking the Hypnotic Spell" In this delightful teaching Vince shows how Jesus and the great avatars have helped us to break "the spell of matter" and to overcome "the illusion of the world." As we continue to become more and more "filled with the Light of the Holy Spirit," we assist others to break their illusions - and truly bring "Heaven to the Earth plane." This is a great message for the Holidays, and is truly the "Reason for the Season."

"The First Thing First" In his very popular book, The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, Stephen Covey's third habit is "putting first things first." In this teaching Vince clearly states that there is one thing that must be first: our connection to the God-Energy. This connection enables us to get off "the Buddha's wheel of suffering," and "to overcome the world" as Jesus taught. The teaching concludes with three daily practices which will enable God to be "All in All" in "all of us" each day.

"Holding the Energy of Unity" In this insightful teaching we are challenged to move beyond the "energy of separation" which causes so much pain, and move to holding the "energy of unity" in three specific areas: Our extended families, our origin in God, and our oneness beyond all religious differences. "Fruition" In this teaching Vince inspires us by clearly presenting five contemporary fruits of Spiritual living. "Increasing the Flow" In this teaching Vince distinguishes the difference between knowing who we are and experiencing who we are. He suggests four ways to increase "our experience of our God-Self": Yoga for the body, mindfulness for our mental-emotional states, manifesting for our activities and meditation for the soul. This is a powerful, practical teaching that solidifies the importance of our daily spiritual practices.

"Playing Bigger" In this teaching Vince blends the responses of the Spring retreatants with the teaching of Emilie Cady on the meaning of manifestation: "To allow the wisdom of God to come forth through you into visibility." The lesson is fun, exciting and growthful.

"Matching the Gift" In this joyful, inspirational teaching Vince explains that seemingly impossible instruction of Jesus "to be perfect as your Heavenly Father is perfect," by using the similar teachings of the philospher, Plato. What fun it is to see the parallels of these two great teachers who inspire us to "match the Goodness" with which we have been gifted.

"The Creation of SELF!" Many people are now beginning to realize that they create the reality of their lives by the choices they make. "The Three C's of Enlightened Living" In this provocative teaching Vince explains the three qualities of an enlightened human being taught by the Indian mystic, Osho. "BE Your Best!" As he was doing his Spiritual practices Vince received this simple message: "BE your best." In this teaching he explains what this means for the development of one's self and for the unfolding of the God-Energy Itself. This is a very inspirational teaching and meditation. "There isn't any Burden" In this teaching Vince reinterprets the words of Jesus: "My yoke is easy, and my burden light." He gives them a contemporary meaning that is so insightful that you will say to yourself: "WOW, what a message" - just as Vince said to himself when he came to understand the deeper meaning.

"LIGHT at Virginia Tech" This teaching, presented through the eyes of a Virginia Tech parent, concerns with both being the "light" in the world, as well as learning to see the "light" in the midst of seemingly negative events such as the incident at Virginia Tech. Additionally, Vince inspires us to be "nurturers of Light"; in so doing we fulfill our purpose of the Light Itself. This is a very compelling teaching and meditation.

"Resurrection, but not rashness! When Jesus resurrected, why did he not remain on the earth and establish a Kingdom/Church? This question and additional understandings about "ascension energies" are Vince's teachings about the traditional theme of the Resurrection. This teaching is one of the most profound and penetrating that will move you deeply.

"You are the Light: Creating Fields of Blessing" Vince will take you on a trip around the world from ancient Greece, to the Himalayas, to the Super Bowl, and most of all to yourself. In this journey you will be inspired to be the Light of our world, and to create "fields of blessing" for the evolution of souls and the planet.

"The Real Secret of Success" In an everyday life event Vince met someone who was an "obvious light" in the world; she shared her wisdom as to "the real secret of success." You will delight and be inspired to find out why she has to speak to everyone.

"How Cool God Is!" When we see the beauty of the lives of so many good people, we need to ask ourselves: Where did their goodness originate? Who/What is the source of all the beauty, joy, and even the "seemingly" tragic events of life. Vince uses the life of a good person to point to the "coolness of God" that radiates in every person and thing. This teaching will inspire you to be "grateful of your Source."

"From Lessons to Creativity: HAPPY HOLIDAYS!" In this teaching Vince clearly weaves together two themes: 1) The importance of moving beyond "learning lessons" in life to learning to be a "co-creator" of the God-Energy, and 2) How being a co-creator is the essence of the teaching of Jesus. (As we celebrate Christmas and the New Year). Several people have commented that this has been the most moving of Vince's lesson's to date.

"The Original and Only Sin" The good news about this teaching is that even "the original sin" does not exist in reality; it is only "a feeling of separation from God." Vince explains both the origin and resolution of this feeling. The purpose of the teaching is to "put an end to all sin-separation from God."

"The Amish Children" The unexpected killing of the Amish children and the response of the Amish community to this event present universal Spiritual teachings that are inspirational for all of us. While this is not an endorsement of the Amish life style on the whole, it does focus on the Spiritual strength of this community in response to the tragic event of the girls passing.

"The EXPERIENCE Behind the Experience!" In this teaching Vince explains the "background energy" from which surface events often emerge. It's often the "thought behind the thought" that is the real motivating factor in our lives. Additionally, the teaching focuses on the wider knowledge of the group as we proceed toward enlightened living together.

"Uncorking the Bottle" Wouldn't you like to experince God more frequently and intensely? In this teaching Vince will explain why you might not be doing so, and how you CAN DO IT!

"The 'AHA' from Within!" Aha moments are occasions when we see life most clearly. This CD focuses on the "Aha" moment of fitting your day into your Spirituality, into your world view, into the way you see the meaning of life.

"Turning Tasks into Manifestations" The purpose of this teaching is to help us to turn our daily tasks into conscious manifestations of the Divine Energy. To do this, Vince reminds us that the God-Energy is the real "doer" of our actions, and he inspires us to allow each day to be a conscious practice of the presence of God - thus fulfilling our true purpose on the planet.

"I Used to Be of the World" This teaching gives the clarity to being "in" the world, but not "of" the world. The choice very simply is this: To be in the world but "of God." This enlightened message will assist you to see your purpose in the world as the "Playful Presence of the God-Energy" - so simple, yet so powerful.

"It's Not About the Baby Jesus!" Looking backward at Christmas everyone knows that Jesus is the "Reason for the Season." In this lesson, Vince focuses on the great teachings which Jesus brought: 1) about the meaning of human life, and 2) what we are capable of achieving as self-aware beings on earth.

"How to Live the Enlightened Life in an Ego-Driven World: Part 2" In part 2 of Living the Enlightened Life, Vince stresses three main points: 1) the willingness to follow the voice of the Life Force within oneself; 2) the empowerment that the Life Force gives to fulfill its guidance; 3) the support with which the Life Force assists the enlightened soul.
