Vince will lead each session, providing clear and easy-to-follow instructions.
· This program will feature low impact yoga and simple meditation techniques which can be easily done by children and seniors. · No background experience is needed. You can feel comfortable to invite any family or friend who wants to have a healthy body and soul. · Dress should be light and comfortable for easy body movements. A yoga mat is not necessary for the techniques being used.
